"First they are booked out for 3 months and if you need quick repair, this is not it. I could wait so I used them. I had them put a blank on my chimney and tell me where water was coming in. they did a water test and said it is coming in brick. Wanted me to pay an additional $2100 to waterseal it!! I paid $250 for 5 gallons of the best on market and did it myself in 4 hours. They admitted the seal they used would have to be done again every 5 years. These guys are experts but the cost is crazy..I paid $1275 for 2 hours of work and a cap that probably cost them $300."

"They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up promptly at the appointment time.  He completed an inspection of the fireplace and chimney both inside and outside on the roof.  After covering the area around the fireplace with tarps, he cleaned the fireplace and chimney thoroughly.  I was concerned about the integrity of the mortar surrounding the firebox.  Some had cracked and fallen out.  He explained the impact of this and noted it was not a serious issue.  However, he cleaned the area and repaired the mortar.  After completing the work he thoroughly cleaned up the area.  They were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable,  I was impressed with their work and will certainly use them in the future. <br />"

"The thing that struck me as most impressive about this contractor was his responsivness to my calls for help with my roof leak. While the 3-4 other subs I called put me in a queue for responding on their schedule, Mr Vanderheyden, the owner himself, came to my house and called on numerous occassions to insure that my roof got repaired quickly in spite of his very busy list of jobs following the 14" of rain we got from hurricane Juaquin, this season. The work was done on time, at budget and in a way that insured that I would not have any future problems. "Everything was great at the beginning. We waited for our call that we would be scheduled and then things started not going as planned. The got the roof off and found the chimney needed to be replaced, so we got an estimate on that and a chimney guy was scheduled. Then the roof work stopped. My complaint here was we were not communicated with about when the roofers would be back to restart. I had to call a couple of times about the chimney guy and roofer. When they finally finished they were supposed to clean up the yard, run the magnet for nails and that was done poorly. The first day they were gone we found nails in the driveway, nails and trash in the yard and roof debris in the yard. I also noticed our gutter seals had been cracked from their ladders. We ended up meeting with the projects manager twice and they came out to clean up and fix gutters 3 times (on one of the trips the broke one of the spouts of the gutter off). I am still cleaning up the yard but after three trips I didn’t want them back out. This is not just one persons fault their. Lake of communication was a big issue with many people. Also be ware that if you pay with a credit card you will have to pay their square fee, I was not made aware of this until I went to pay even though they said it was on the email with the bill, which it was not and I had to forward them the email to prove it. I will not recommend them or use them again."
