"I have used Plumb Rite plumbing for several years. I’ve owned a couple of older houses that have had plumbing problems due to copper piping or the plumbing line breaking and needing replaced and I’ve had to use them multiple times, especially in my current house because of the plumbing being neglected from previous owners and they’ve really helped me out a lot on this current house. This current house has been kind of a nightmare.😔 but I’ve always been able to depend on them and trust them to fix it the first time. They didn’t overcharge me or take advantage of me. They always backed up their work and were fair on pricing and just did the right thing. I think they practiced good morals and ethics of being honest and doing what is right. "

My heat pump has not worked one single day since moving into my house, even though the unit was less than a year old, tried telling me that it was my house and not the unit. But then found a leak and I lost all the freon.. 4 of them, in 4 years. It would immediately leak out again and when I would call to tell them that it still wasn't heating or cooling, they would tell me that they fixed it so it must be my imagination. NOW that it's out of warranty they're telling me that there is $3000 worth of work to be done, and if I had just done something about it sooner it would have been covered."

"Way overpriced. I am shellshocked at the price to service a fan motor. To replace the motor is nearly as much as it would cost to replace the entire unit. I paid the 70 bucks and sent him on his way. Hate losing the 70 dollars but I should have paid more attention to the reviews. My bad. The guy spent 5 minutes looking at the fan, the next 20 minutes was inspecting my fuse box then writing up a bunch of optional upcharges on notebook paper."
