"I needed to replace the original heating/cooling unit in my condo built in 1998. I wanted to replace the unit with the same size. I got 3 estimates and Quality Air was the best price price and was a 15.seer unit. Plus they cleaned my dryer vent and will again in 6 months when they come out to check the unit. It took them 2 days due to the difficulty of getting the old air handler out. The walls around the air handler were practically built around it. They were able to get the air handler out without any changes or damage to my walls. They were very courteous and respectful of my carpet and property. They kept me informed along the way during installation. I highly recommend Quality Air. They answered all of my questions before and after my installation and I had plenty. "

"We couldn’t be happier with J&J air and highly recommend them. Our air went out late last Friday afternoon (6/21/24) just as this latest heat wave started. They sent someone out within the hour to check it out. They confirmed what we were thinking, which was we needed a new unit. Joe Deluca showed up on Monday morning 6/24/24) and went over everything in detail with us, laying out all of our options so we could make an educated decision. Joe was able to get the unit ordered for us and get the installation scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning 6/26/24. The installers were on time , very professional and polite. Joe also showed up that morning to confirm the installers were there and make sure everything was going ok. After the install was done, Jesse showed up to go over the new thermostat with me and to make sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up. "EJthe Swift technician was very polite and professional! He completed his examination and suggested a germicidal ultraviolet light system to prevent mold from growing on our unit in the attic. We agreed and EJ installed the new system. EJ checked our filter and noted that it needed changing and installed a new filter for us. I would recommend Swift Services and EJ!"

Very happy to learn that ARS also does plumbing and electrical. Weâ ve already used Plumber Alan to fix a toilet problem. Electrician Shane installed a whole house surge protector, installed surge protectors on both ACs and both air handlers, and installed a plug at the electrical box for a power generator. Electrician Bill followed up to investigate why certain lights flicker when the clothes washer agitates. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clearly described how they would help us. The PROS Club reduced our costs and helped us receive help sooner. He did a thorough assessment of our H&A needs, was very knowledgeable, and he clearly was focused on meeting my needs and desires. I thought his proposed systems were perfect for me. The price seemed very reasonable considering the components being installed. I am optimistic I will be similarly satisfied after the actual install occurs. "The technician's (Tim and Chaun) that did the installing of my HVAC were courteous and professional. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it.
