"They supplied an accurate written estimate of what they were going to install and explanation of what the system would accomplish and how it would achieve the desired results. They arrived on time and proceeded to install the radon mitigation system for our well water along with a water softener and PH neutalizer and a whole house water filter. It took about 4 hours which is, what they had estimated. The job was done professionally and they have returned for the yearly maintenance. We could not be happier with the results. Additionally the expansion tank was failing causing the pressure valve to being to fail. Tom was very professional, prompt and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote in writing. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and felt that we were well informed regarding the job before work began. Jim, who works in the office is great. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
