"Went great. Every aspect of install was above expectations. Craftsmanship was excellent and install was completed in 6 1/2 hours. Job site was cleaned up after very well."

"Great customer service! Got a quote the same day the appointment was. The ac had gone out and they were there with some window airs the next day. Went ahead and got a new HVAC system (desperately needed). Their communication is impeccable! The price was mid-range (I was expecting more). Hope this helps you make the best decision for yourself."

"It has been a long time ago. They were good. My only problem was in an emergency, they did not return my call and I called someone else. I was very pleased with the new one which was Rohdy's Heating and cooling in Dowagiac. I have used them ever since. I apologize for not being more accurate, but it has been a long time ago."

"Erik was fantastic in diagnosing a heating problem and in helping us replace our furnace. Erik helped us with getting our old, faultering furnace back working until he could return the next day with a replacement. We troubleshot the problem. He explained the cause and then, after a full replacement, Erik slowed me the operation and maintenance of our new furnace. We will most definitely call on him again."

"We have been using their service for over ten years. When we have an issue, we call and they are here within the next day or so. They are very professional in their work and have quality products."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"The good things:
1) they showed up on time
2) installed working equipment
3) came back in the spring to finish connecting the a/c
The bad things:
1) Not once did they respond after the 1st call; it always took 2, 3, or more messages to get a response
2) Put the air filter in a spot where it's inaccessible. Already-existing vent pipes block access to the air filter, so I have to buy two half-sized filters and squeeze them in.
3) The owner called my husband "schnookums". Totally perplexing ... and completely unprofessional.

"I called four numbers to repair our furnace and got a busy signal, a message, or detailed automated instructions. When I called Samâ  s I got a real person who was happy to talk with me. The technician Randy was at our home in less than an hour and a half and did a detailed diagnosis of the problems that we were having. He was pleasant and professional and even made sure that he didnâ  t get any water on my floor because his boots were covered with snow. He was honest and didnâ  t try to take advantage of us. This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair in our home where we have lived for 30 years."

"I had already hired another worker, but this man came early and was pleasant. I would definitely hire him in the future."

"Brian was professional, courteous and beyond experienced. Our toilet was installed without a hitch in record time. We live in an older house that needs more TLC. We will most definitely be calling and recommending Right Hand Man Services to family, friends, coworkers, everyone we know. Call Brian today, I promise, you will not be disappointed."
