"We received a card in the mail pertaining to having my water tested for free. I filled out the card and mailed it back into the sender thinking it was from the city. I did not read it well just saw free testing. Several days later I received a call to set up an appointment to have a technician come out to the house. Tom Ledford came to the house and performed the testing of our water which was very enlightening. I could not believe how disgusting the water was after the test. He tested the tap water, the bottled water and specialty waters that we had, and we were ready to throw all of it out due to what we saw. Tom was very professional and never pressed the issue to sell us anything until we decided to know how much the system would cost. We made up our minds to invest in the system so we could get better water in our home. Within one day Darren the installer was at our front door and putting our system in the garage. It did not take long, and he was the ultimate professional as he took his time explained everything that he needed to do to complete the process. Darren went back over each step to monitor the system and what we would need as far as replacing supplies and other particulars. I wish I had done these 13 years earlier and we might be in better health water wise. Tom and Daren were the best and I will inform my friends of their professionalism and great work that was performed."

"Aqua Boss is the only company to use! After my well company did a no show for 2 days for a softener install, I called Aqua Boss & Brad was out in 30 minutes. My well needed more than a standard softener (as told by well company). aqua Boss had great communication on when he would be out for install & held true to that appointment. I had additional unique problems that the supplier sent a representative out for testing & recommendations with Brad. Parts were ordered, minor delay due to TS Debby, but Aqua Boss had me installed & all problems solved the day after their supply house received parts. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would give 6 stars if I could, best business I have dealt with in Marion County."

"<p>We have lived on this property for 10 years, lightning took out the first pump, and we had gone with the previous owners recommendation of using Stuart French. He helped develop this 8 house one street development. He was excellent, the second time the pump went out, we were out of town. Came back and sadly found out, Stuart French had died.</p> <p>After calling Steve Young, slow to get there, and not explaining anything, said we just needed a whole new pump. There was no lightning, no reason. $1800. Then two years or less, it happened again, no explanation, another new pump.</p> <p>This weekend we had another, no water incident, we called Steve Young's answering service over three times. NO CALL BACK, after two pumps.</p> <p>Dick Joyce tech, called back immediately, and showed up on a Sunday night in the rain. He needed the wench to retrieve a wire that was shorting out from, Steve Young's faulty workmanship (sloppy wiring, and they use PVC vs. metal tubes)</p> <p>The service guy from Dick Joyce was quick to say these things can happen, but I am here to say I do not recommend Steve Young on Quality, or Service, or Trustworthiness especially after thousands of dollars spent, and the answering service, and service guys all admitted Steve Young is never around on the weekend because he is at the beach. "They did an outstanding job and they were so polite and courteous, Nick's helper I think his name was Jason, also very kind. We needed our laudry tub installed in between our water heater and washer, and they did a great job. They cut a neat square hole hidden by the tub, installed brass hot and cold shutoff connections, and vented the system with drain pipe. <br /> SO VERY HAPPY. <br /> Thanks Nick <br />"

Jeff confirmed the prior test results and walked me through what water treatment system he recommended quite patiently. On the day of the install they were quick, courteous, and professional. The price was much less than competitors for the same equipment. I would highly recommend Jeff to do a water softener installation, and, in fact, will likely use him at my mother's home in the near future. He's a great guy to do business with."
