"Person arrived very much later than expected and I didn't feel respected by him. Was told the weather needed to be warmer for the repair to be done. Understandable as it was extremely cold. Also said I needed a cover on the bricks at the top of the chimney walls. However I don't know that I will have them come do the work as I didn't get a very good "feeling" about the person giving the estimate. Also, $500. seemed a bit steep. "I DIY installed a garbage disposal few months ago. As a girl and first timer to do plumbing, it was really hard (took me at least 5 hours) and the garbage disposal was so heavy for a girl to install as well.
