"Caleb was thorough and professional. He knew his business and got the job done quickly. He kept the area clean and inspected our chimney outside as well. I finally found a fireplace service company that understands the value of a vent-free gas fireplace! We will be using Sleep Easy for all our service and repairs. I did not provide my address for privacy reasons."

"Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."

"Person arrived very much later than expected and I didn't feel respected by him. Was told the weather needed to be warmer for the repair to be done. Understandable as it was extremely cold. Also said I needed a cover on the bricks at the top of the chimney walls. However I don't know that I will have them come do the work as I didn't get a very good "feeling" about the person giving the estimate. Also, $500. seemed a bit steep. I haven't had the work done yet, so am still debating whether to have this company do the actual work."

"Luke’s crew was punctual and the bid was reasonable. I had a new shade bed put in where grass wouldn’t grow along with a variety of hostas. They placed river rock around a tree and then built a round brick barrier around a tree in the center of my yard."

"It went extremely well.  The finished product is awesome.  Shawn has worked on many projects for me since 2009 including installing a new shower, putting in a French drain, repairing my deck and many repair jobs.  This project turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations.  Shawn is very pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to help with any problems you may have.  The people who work for him also do very good work.  He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of building and home repair and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in repair or remodel."

"I DIY installed a garbage disposal few months ago. As a girl and first timer to do plumbing, it was really hard (took me at least 5 hours) and the garbage disposal was so heavy for a girl to install as well.
Yesterday night, I noticed the disposal has been leaking for quite a while. So I bought a coupon from Angie's list this morning and called Mel. He said he can come by right away in the afternoon.
Mel patiently explained to me what was the parts which I might have assembled wrong, and he took apart some structures, cleaned them, re-patch some areas, and put the whole things back in the correct way.
No more leaking and no more mole growing. Thanks to Mel for his quick response and professional skills.
Let the Pro to the Pro's job.

"These are frameless cabinets so there is no tolerance for error. Although he had not made them, he installed them perfectly! The important thing is, he COULD HAVE easily made them. His attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is amazing.  We then hired him to make a walnut bar for our basement, and it turned out wonderful too! We HIGHLY recommend Dennis!!"
