"I have been a customer of JFD Water for almost 5 years after my first purchase of a K-5 RO water system and a dechlorinator filter system. Our family had been drinking spring water for over 10 years and we wanted an equivalent or better quality of water option without the hassle of constantly purchasing spring water from the store or renting a Culligan water cooler. After months of research and appointments, we determined that the K-5 RO system was the very best option for the best quality of water our family would enjoy. In addition, we added a dechlorinator filter system after determining all of the negative health effects chlorine has the body. For the last 5 years we could not be any more satisfied with the quality of the water we drink and utilize in our home. Our water taste amazing, even better than the spring water we used to drink. Several weeks ago I called JFD Water to evaluate if our dechlorinator was still working correctly, as well as to review my old GE water softener which has been inefficiently operating for quite some time. Chris came out and spent close to 3 hours testing water samples and reviewing all my options. Our dechlorinator was still working fine. Chris was honest by not leading me to a new unnecessary purchase. However, he reviewed all options both equipment and price points for a new softener. He was extremely thorough and more impressive was very knowledgeable on the technical aspects of the products able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also, offered great advise on multiple aspects of water use in my home. With a great promotion I purchased a new water softener and for a small uncharge a new K-5 Water system for my 2nd property! I was very happy with the significant value of the purchase. Over the next 2 days I had the K-5 installed at one property and the water softener at the another. Jared performed the work for both locations. Scheduling was arranged to best fit my time frame. Before Jared arrived for the appointment time I received a call to confirm the apportionment and arrival time. Jared was on time and worked efficiently. He was very respectful of our homes keeping everything clean during and after the work. He also had to accommodate a modification to our new K-5 system and did an amazing job. The quality of his work was fantastic (Everything neat, clean and consolidated). He spent time after the install explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Both Chris and Jared were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone even considering any of these products, as well as plumbing needs."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely hire them again. I liked getting an email with the name of the service person who would be coming. He was on time, very professional and did a great job. I had purchased a kitchen faucet thinking we could just replace it ourselves. It proved to be a bit more difficult than expected. Then our 16 year old dishwasher finally gave out. We purchased an LG from a big box store and paid for delivery, installation and to haul away the old one. The installers said they couldn't do the work because they weren't allowed to cut the pipes. So I called Lutz (who I had used on a project in the past) to come out and do both of those plus another smaller project. Scott made the small repair and installed both the faucet and the dishwasher. While he was under the sink, noticed our garbage disposal had never been 'locked' in place and really was a disaster waiting to happen. AND he took the old dishwasher without even my asking! Thankfully, I have not had to use plumbing services so I don't know what are general costs/prices. I'm sure Lutz prices are very comparable to any other company so my 'C' rating on cost, is just mostly due to my frustration with the whole thing. I paid Lutz almost 1/2 of the original cost of the dishwasher to install it (now need to get refund from big box store) and paid twice the cost of the faucet to install. Again, I am not saying their prices are out of line at all, I was just a bit surprised."
