"Overall ok experience. The plumber was on time and very clean throughout the job. Though he did leave some items behind which was odd. Also the price quoted was not what I had to pay in the end. Evidently a toilet seat is not included and when I asked for a total price over the phone I assumed it was. My mistake. Who buys a new toilet without a new seat? Then the guy on the phone said he told me that I would have to pay more, essentially accusing me of lying to the technician. I could overhear the conversation. They wound up selling me a seat at ‘cost’. I suppose I should be grateful. Anyhow, $800 seems a bit high for $400 worth of materials and an hour of labor - but that’s on me. Don’t plan to use again."
