"Second time i had an issue with then over charging me. I had setup an appointment for salt delivery and to check the water filtration system. In between the scheduling and the appointment the water filter issue resolved itself, they insist on still charging me $150 for the service visit ex the salt delivery. Keep in mind one technician came out to put salt in the water softener and “check” water system. I never got a bill or adked to sign anything, they just charged the card on file. Random charge just shows up on my credit card. Borderline fraudulent activity here. Would be very careful using them if you are a new customer. Further there filters are custom so you need them to change the filter every 4-6 months which you can only use them and they charge near $500 for this. Be really careful with this company! Not to mention they don't tell you, your water pressure goes down by 40% when u install this stuff!"

"We hired Angler to replace the valves controlling the water to outside our house and were pleased with the work, the price, and the staff. We rely on this water for the garden so it was important to get this fixed fast. Angler showed up the next day exactly when they said they would and quickly replaced the valves. They clearly explained what they did. They didn't try to sell us unnecessary work but did make suggestions for a few other things we might want to consider getting fixed in the future. The worker was very carefully in terms of COVID-19 and always had his mask on when entering our home. Definitely would recommend them."

"Our 35+ year old boiler broke in March 2019 about a week before temperatures were predicted to go back into the 'teens. I called 3 companies, Margo was the only one to come out, provide estimate quickly with a time frame for install. Mike was very nice and courteous (wore booties when working in the house and quickly made friends with Bear our dog). They had 6-7 people on the job to have it done quickly and correctly. Not Given our plans with the house we did not want an in-place solution so we were quoted a wall mounted boiler with a storage tank (direct vented to driveway to remove chimney later) as well as a water filter/softener. Their finance plan helped us not have to compromise and spend further money down the road. In terms of post-install service is where Margo also really shined. After install it seemed that the unit was not functioning correctly. Margo came out to make sure the boiler was functioning properly. Unbeknownst to them or myself there was a gas line issue at the street causing supply issues and construction on my and next door house caused boiler to suck up the debris. After Margo took the boiler apart to clean and tweak it is running quieter than my refrigerator! There are many factors when considering a plumber for important jobs. And for a long term investment such as a boiler you definitely want Margo."
