We had several estimates from other companies that seemed more expensive, let alone reasonable.. When we received the quote from Dave we were quite surprised. His estimate was so much less than other company's. We accepted his quote on the spot with out even having to think about it.. The work performed was complete in a timely and professional manner. We were so please, with how dependable Dave was in his follow through on every thing he said would be done. Including when he said the job would be completed.. We believe, it would be in any ones best interest to contact his company if ever needing any chimney repair."

"Rudy and his crew did my whole house with stucco and stone back in 2011. They work was superb! I called a few months ago for some help with some winter damage. I have called, texted, and email several times over the last few months and received no return contact. The last reviews for Rudy were in 2015 that also criticized his lack of response. I believe at this point that Sun Valley Stucco and Stone and Rudy Avelar are out of business. Probably should remove him from Angie's List. I'm going with Affordable. "I called Jon Perry because I have used him in past years and he did an excellent job. <br /> I explained to Jon that I was going to use my 2 Buck Stoves to help heat my home because I recently was laid off my job and I needed to save money. <br /> I paid $308 (my grocery money) Jon said he would also deliver a chemical spray bottle to help break down the creosote in the stoves. I still have not received the spray bottle and I have torn carpeting in front of the basement Buck Stove which will cost over $200 to repair. Where is my savings? <br />"

The repair was scheduled about three weeks out, but when another customer postponed, Whitaker called asking to move our service up a week. The repair crew was prompt (20 minutes early, actually), very personable and completed the repair in less than three hours."
