The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. "Eighteen months ago they put in a full new system (gas furnace, air handler, AC) a total cost of over $11,000. Now, I am selling my house, and the buyer inspectors found the wrong gauge electrical wire was run from the electric panel to the AC unit. It could be a fire hazard and needs to be corrected. Today they came to my house to check the work and agreed it is the wrong gauge wiring that was used and left saying they would come back tomorrow and replace it. Two hours later they called me and said they reviewed the paperwork and said since they reused the wire from the previous unit even though they should not have it there, It will be close to a $500 charge to run the correct wire. So just to know that is their a version of standing behind their work."
