"Had them come out for a fluctuating water pressure. They came to the conclusion that it was my pressure tank. I had them put it in 4 years ago so it was under warranty. Still cost me $750 for labor under warranty to put in a new one. WOW. They said the old one was no longer available so they tried to get me to pay the $197 difference between the old tank and new one. I voiced my opinion and they did cover the difference. Fast forward 2 days and the problem is still not fixed. Water is still fluctuating and I’m out $750. Was it the tank really?"

"The boiler at the Lansing Woman's Club died on December 7, 2021. Mike from Miles Plumbing and Heating was the only one of 4 contractors to actually take pictures of our old boiler and send them to his supply person on-the-spot. Within 24 hours he had a new unit located. The price was competitive. Within 10 days the new unit had arrived from New York and Mike and his team set about removing the old boiler, taking care to protect all the flooring material at the clubhouse. The entire crew was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous in answering questions about boilers in general and this installation specifically. Despite all of this happening over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, Miles had the new system up and running on January 5, 2022. Our club is profoundly thankful and grateful to Miles Plumbing and Heating for the quality work they did, and would recommend them without reservation."

After testing my water, Mr. Mohre advised that I did not need an iron filter. The new softener was installed quickly and expertly the day after I bought it, and the old one was hauled away. "Called out as we were having some water pressure issues. On the phone was told the tech was unable to provide estimate over the phone or give a proper ETA of when they would arrive, when the technician arrived asked when they would be able to inform of the cost and was told only once they pulled the pump. Asked them to pull the pump in order to provide the cost. Instead worker decided that he would replace unit with a new one and only tell me what the cost was in a take it or leave it and you will be completely without water. Invoice also included items I don't know that actually would have needed to be replaced and at a price 3X to 4X what I could have bought the materials for Asked to speak to the owner which was told he was not available. Left the worker with payment and asked that before they ran it to have the owner please give me a call. Instead they did not call and tried to run the full payment then $300 off the full payment then $500 off then $1000 off. After a couple of calls back and forth we reached a resolution, but Mark was not happy with it. THEN I get a Voicemail where I can hear the office Receptionist suggesting that they trespass onto my property, and some man that sounds like Mark saying they cant do that again."
