"They were informative, polite, and efficient. They showed us the different systems they sold and what made them different. We made our choices and the install was just days later. We had them install a water softener systems and an RO system. Their costs were more then fair and the did a great job!"

"After moving to our new house at Gilbert, Arizona, I realised that softner and filter were a must. I researched a lot before selecting Clear water concepts. We installed their Sanitech whole house water filter + softner system along with their 5 stage Ultima (1:1) under sink RO filter. The pricing was reasonable, service was prompt and techs were knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn't be happier with the installed product. Their softner plus RO bundle deal was a perfect match for what I was looking for."

"i’ve been using Boyett’s‘s water service for a year and a half and I have been pleased with the service and integrity of this company. What I love is how they come out and make sure that your equipment is cleaned if it needs to be replaced they do it the same day or within 24 hours. This is a company that really cares. We need more companies out there like Boyett’s."

"I WAS HEARING SOME LOUD BANGING WITHIN MY PLUMBING AND I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER SOFTENER WASN'T THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM FOR ME AND GAVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. ONE CALL TO WATER TREATMENT AND I HAD SOMEONE AT MY DOOR WITHIN TWO HOURS! THESE GUYS ARE PROMPT. THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEIR TECHNICIANS KNOW THEIR STUFF AND THEY ARE WORTH IT! THEY HAVE HANDLED MY WATER SOFTENER PROBLEMS (CAUSED BY ORIGINAL INSTALLATION AND BAD EQUIPMENT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH), AND OUR WATER SYSTEM FOR FOUR YEARS. THEY ARE A STELLAR ORGANIZATION."

"We had a softener installed and hooked up to the house loop. It was discovered that the loop was connected to the hot water tank, thus hot water lines, but not the cold water lines. They installed a new line from the main shutoff, ran it underground, under a concrete walkway over to the garage. From there they ran it inside the garage, up the wall and into the attic (a place I'll never go!) and then through the attic over to and down to where the hot water tank, loop, and softener are located. They did all the plumbing connections to the proper lines and all worked on the first try. PVC was used from the main to the garage. Copper tubing on the garage walls as it was exposed, and the flexible stuff that I can't remember what it's called in the attic. Fidel and Gerardo were the two guys who did all the work a lot of which was dirty work. They did a great job, explained everything, cleaned up everything - well done overall. I would, and have recommended American Home and Water (and now Air) to anyone who asked, or didn't ask, about water softeners."

"We had an electric tankless water heater installed at our home. Replaced our traditional tank heater and love it! Saves space in our garage and we have endless hot water for the 6 people in our house. Phend Plumbing was professional and easy to work with. They gave me the quote for the heater before starting the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"We were researching Watersoftener systems for our future house that we are going to build. We've found several different systems, watched advertisements on TV, read reviews and online forums. All that was confusing, lots of criticism from all sides and at the end we didn't know what to believe after all. So we asked some friends who usually choose the best. They told us that they got the Hydro Quad installed 13 years ago and since then they were happy with the system with no regrets. They also told us that they come for a yearly maintenance check which costs about 200 Dollars. Otherwise they check and fill up the salt regularly and have a lifetime warranty. So we just wanted to contact them and get a home presentation. Colen was our representative and he really convinced us that evening, but we didn't have intentions to sign anything that night because we also wanted to check out other companies. Like a typical sales person they actually pushed us a little bit while offering several discounts and rebates, but the important thing they offered to us was that they would install it into our current house including the loop and then offered a free move to the new house once it is built. End of story was that we didn't sign that evening but thought about it for 2 more days and then finally accepted their offer. From day one we must say, beside that little pushing, they provided outstanding customer service with no exception including the installation done from 2 very friendly installers -it took them approximately 4 hours to install the loop and the system. We can actually say that we experienced the best customer service for the last 4 years, the time since we moved to the USA. It's definitely an investment for a watersoftener system and filter, but we love it now and our new house will have the luxury starting with soft water from day one. We hope to experience the same durability and customer service as our friends for many, many years. Not having had a watersoftener and filter before, here some things that changed: <br /> My husband finally drinks filtered water from the pipe and I won't have to buy that much bottled water any more. It's actually really tasty considering the option that water can taste good. Let's say, it's neutral, tastes clean and has no funny after tastes any more. <br /> We were able to clean up the calcium around the kitchen faucet and although we still wipe spots regularly, they are easy to wipe and the sink shines without having the ugly calcium around it. <br /> Taking a shower feels different. Yes, it has that soapy feeling, but we can get used to it since we see the positive side, which is softer skin, less lotion and my damaged hair from bleaching is easier to comb, although I still use conditioner. <br /> We finally are using our brand new dishwasher from Bosch. We've bought the dishwasher when we moved into the current house but I refused to use it because the dishes came out not nicely. That's a big plus now. Not saying they are perfect now, but somehow acceptable and I'm working on it, maybe adjustments with the programs and dishwasher soaps. <br /> We didn't wash our vehicles yet, but looking forward to get spotless vehicles after washing them. <br /> Washing machine handling: Before I used to add vinegar when washing clothes. Now I don't do that any more. Clothes smell and feel fresh. Don't have too much experience with the amount of detergent yet and talking about stains whether they come out more easily, but I don't expect that it will be worse. So far we are happy with our purchase and would recommend the whole thing to friends, if they are ready to invest into quality and an easier and hopefully healthier life. <br />"
