Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. "Although I could not be present (they worked around the 4th of July holiday), they did a great job and cleaned up the property. Jake and his helper came back the next month to install a bathroom exhaust fan roof cap. This was part of the original quote and the handled it with no problem. After that, they went around the property again with magnets to pick up any stray nails. Both guys were friendly and professional. The roof looks great!"

"The Merillat Roofing Team did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They came by, ripped out the old roof, replaced it, and did it all in a timely manner. This was for a secondary flat roof, not the primary one. When it comes time to replace my primary (hopefully many years from now), I will call them in again."
