Only complaint is if you have a truck that leaks oil don't park it in the customers driveway. I now have to clean the oil. This is why I rated professionalism as a B. The reason I rated punctuality a C is I hate appointments that are between 12 - 5. You really can't get it down to a 2 hour window or even better a real appointment?"

They explained in detail the repairs necessary and the work required to complete the job. They are very professional and pleasant to talk with, and place no pressure on the customer in terms of trying to sell up additional work and services. The repairs were done as promised at the price quoted and on the date scheduled. My “new” chimney looks great and is as sturdy as the pyramids."

He is prompt and thorough. He immediately understood the look I wanted and told me how to achieve it in a way that would be easiest to maintain. He explained to me how a gravel driveway is engineered and carefully talked through the challenges of my space, which needed grading so that water wouldn’t pool in the center. Once I decided to hire him, he got to work ASAP and finished ahead of schedule. The driveway looks terrific. I know that if I have any questions or issues, I can call Eddie and he’ll respond right away. He’s now my go-to guy for masonry or paving work. I’ll encourage my friends to use him. Heck, I’d probably call him for advice on stuff unrelated to paving. He’s that good. Hire him. You won’t regret it!"

"Mark S. was very responsive. He reviewed our situation and provided an estimate via email rather quickly. The chimney wall tiles were gradually falling and causing drafting issues. We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. It all went well and we were pleased to have hired Chimney Savers and Mark Schaub and his crew. His estimate was fair."

The crew from B&P Chimney showed up on time, did an excellent job, and daily cleaned up the mess prior to leaving. I now have a new, sound structure that I'm confident will last far longer than I will. The work included demolition of the old structure, a full rebuild of the brickwork, with crown and cap, the installation of a new stainless-steel liner that properly vents the boiler & hot water heater in the basement.
