"Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our gas fireplace since it was installed by the builder. There was a very bad odor that kept us from using the fireplace, and it was very drafty too. Bob identified the problem right away. He inspected the fireplace, added some insulation to it and cleaned it.  
He gave us instructions about what to expect regarding the odor, a description of what different odors mean and told us to call him if the problem persists.

Mr. Cowan had his men at my house before he said he could do the job and they even mended up a few bricks on the side that were in need of some TLC.
