"Outstanding!! Our 40 year old, 39' brick wall blew down in high winds. Bruce Douglas was extremely patient and concise in explaining what and how the wall would be rebuilt. He met and talked to our insurance adjuster and explained the process needed to do the repairs. He was the only mason we talked to who was willing to clean and use our existing brick so that the rebuilt wall will continue to match our house. We were greatly impressed as the wall went up to see the care used in mixing a strong mortar and use of wire tracks to stabilize the wall. Once finished, the team cleaned up and removed the remaining debris. He and his team could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Asked Mr. Bilodeau to come and give us an estimate to make any further repairs. After walking the perimeter of our home, he determined that we've been keeping up minor repairs pretty successfully and gave us advice on where to add more caulk. "He came and discussed the work. We agreed on $800 and I paid immediately with a credit card, although he wasn't ready to do the job yet. A few days later, an employee came in and did the work. We had agreed that he would photograph the the top of the chimney to show me, but he never did or responded to my subsequent requests. I don't even know what he did because the top is not visible from the ground. On windy days, the metallic noise is unbearable, so I contacted him again by text, but he never acknowledge my request. The noise continues. I don't remember the date of the work."

"We had not used our home's fireplace in the 6-years we've lived here and decided to look into getting gas logs. I visited Elegant Fireside and Patio in Plano and spoke with the owner, Jacob. He was very consultative and went over the various options in terms of our fireplace and discussed inserts vs. gas logs. He wasn't pushy at all, but made the case for what he recommended. We chose a set of Hargrove Woodland Timbers gas logs and installation was set for approximately 10-days away from purchase date. I had some concerns around the install and spoke with Steve a couple times and he heard my concerns an reassured me that the install would not be a problem. Install date arrived and the installer arrived on time and was here less than 2-hours. In that time the chimney was inspected and cleaned, the firebox was painted black, the gas log set was installed, and the surrounding space in the firebox was covered with around 2.5" of fireglass. Wow! What a transformation! I cannot recommend Elegant Fireside and Patio high enough. They have top-notch products, well exceeding big-box store products. Jacob and Steve are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with."

"At that time, we were taking in quite a bit of water in the house around the chimney. We had already had three different companies out to repair the leak, but we still had water. We had already spent over $1000 with the other guys. These guys came out and did a seamless repair on the brick and we didn't get any water for about 7 months. When we saw water again, we called them out a second time. They did a repair on a different part of the chimney, so the work they did the first time around was still intact. Even though they were not at fault, they didn't charge me for the new repair! While they were here, I had them assess the whole house, as we have had many issue with the appearance of the bricks since after having our foundation repaired. I have hired them twice for brick and mortar repair and sealing of upper level windows. They do beautiful work, very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, they call ahead and usually call afterword to make sure customer is pleased with the work performed. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I have that from first hand experience! I don't mind spending the money if I know its going to be a one time repair. I highly recommend this company and I give them an A+ rating. Since I have hired them on multiple occassions, and I intend to hire them again to complete the work I still need done, it is difficult to give an approximate cost of service. But they do stand by their work!"
