He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. Completely clueless, we were hoping they would be able to inspect and clean both the chimney for our wood burning stove, fireplace, and the chimney for our furnace. "Everything went very well. we discussed what had to be done over the phone. He requested some measurements which I gave him. He said he would check his stock for the required materials and then he get back to me. He called back saying he had the materials and told me what it would cost and how long the repair would take. We sent up an appointment. He was on time and the job came out great and he was also right on with his time estimate. He even did one or two small things that we did not talk about and even though I offered to pay him for them he declined saying it was no problem. I will have him back in the spring to do some pointing and seal the chimney. Very professional and experienced. Would recommend him to anyone without reservations. <br />"

"Was having trouble with flue damper opening. Damper is on built worm-gear. They came in and lubricated it and it works well. They also checked for hornets/bees nest and found none. And they examined slate cap on chimney which leaks into fireplace and made recommendations for repair. <br />"

"<p>2 workers showed up , started to demolish, were not very careful where all the bricks and old insulation fell.</p> <p>the worker, were very personable, nice, but slobs. The chimney was rebuild and I assume was done right, </p> <p>it took two days. Mike was able to make a great rough assessment of how the chimney was functioning from a google image search, and explained exactly why I was experiencing poor draft. He spent half an hour of his time walking me through my options, providing a ballpark figure for the work, and providing general guidance on how to proceed with my project. Without a doubt, he is the most knowledgeable professional I've spoken to, and has a deep understanding of pellet stoves, installs, maintenance and system design. This is the guy you want to use."
