He tested the tap water, the bottled water and specialty waters that we had, and we were ready to throw all of it out due to what we saw. We made up our minds to invest in the system so we could get better water in our home. Within one day Darren the installer was at our front door and putting our system in the garage. It did not take long, and he was the ultimate professional as he took his time explained everything that he needed to do to complete the process. Darren went back over each step to monitor the system and what we would need as far as replacing supplies and other particulars. I wish I had done these 13 years earlier and we might be in better health water wise.
