They told us the drinking water filters should be replaced once a year but thatâ s not true, we had to replace the carbon filter 3 times in 1 year because the water starts to taste bitter and smelled. No customers service phone number for the systems, they did not respond to emails. They didnâ t deliver what they promised and we paid for it. We decided to find another company, our friends referred James at Nuvia and we got set up the next day installation. He offered free un install our old systems and installed Nuvia systems. Our water feels and tastes so much better, we are also very happy with the service. I highly recommend the company!"
