"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"They were sent out by Sears to uninstall a dishwasher that I was returning. The only reason I was returning the dishwasher is because Sears had a different contractor install the dishwasher and they did a HORRIBLE job. I fought with Sears for almost 3 weeks trying to get the and quot;bad installationand quot; corrected and finally gave up and returned the product. Sears was beyond horrible in the customer service department. I was promised and assured that and quot;I would hear from the installer the next day and someone would be out to correct the mistakeand quot; several times. I even waited at home on 3 different days for the installer to come fix the mistake. It NEVER happened and Sears never did a thing about it but more empty promises that I and quot;would hear from the installer the next day.and quot; H2O Pros tried to convince me to stay with Sears if they assured me that they would be the installer even going so far as to offer a free installation if I would be willing to try another dishwasher from Sears. I appreciated their efforts to keep me as a Sears customer, but unfortunately Sears had already angered and disappointed me beyond repair. H2O Pros came out when they said they would and even got permission to take the uninstalled dishwasher with them to return to Sears. Sears customer service (a joke!!) wanted the dishwasher uninstalled and left in my garage for the Sears delivery team to come pick up 2 days later. H2O Pros TRULY provided great customer service!! They even did a couple of extra things for me while uninstalling the dishwasher. They made sure that the hot water was capped off so that I could still use my kitchen sink until I get another dishwasher installed. They even corrected a previous plumbers mistake. Several years ago a plumber installed a new faucet at the kitchen sink, after he left I noticed that the hot and cold water was reversed, H2O corrected that for me, no cost, just trying to make me happy as a customer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! I felt like they provided customer service the way customer service and quot;used to beand quot;!! <br />"

"In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. I highly recommend the professional services of Texan Water to anyone needing professional plumbing done."

"Our experience began a few months ago just prior to San Antonio’s shut down due to Coronavirus. Ben came to our home and not only showed us the system but did a water test for us and after installation of main Softener system Eric came to install our new home Pure Water System but part was not correct match for our kitchen part had to be ordered to match our Brushed Nickel finish on our kitchen faucet. Once the lock down was lifted. Then Alfred installed the brushed nickel unit and we are drinking really good tasting water, pure and clear. The owner Emily is a joy to deal with and she called me directly and apologized for the wait and to make sure we were satisfied and everything was fine.
