"The owners at Water Doctor were outstanding!!! They helped me pick an appropriate system, suggested a better location for system, rerouted and installed new system where it’s easily accessible. They went above and beyond by fixing the drains, professionally insulating outdoor pipes, and adding a pressure regulator to the inlet pipe going into my house. None of which was mentioned by other companies that gave me a quote. Their prices are by far the best that I researched. I will definitely be using Water Doctor in the future for all my water softener needs!"

"I called Axis to have them work on a toilet clog and leak and replace our aged toilet. Taylor came out the same day and worked on the issue for multiple hours. It turns out the clog was roughly 50 feet deep. Taylor actually drove home and came back later in the evening to finish the work (outstanding service...could've easily, and acceptably, come back the next day when more convenient) as he did not have the needed tool, initially. He found the issue and replaced the toilet as we requested. Axis' expertise, customer service, and overall value are A+. Taylor is fantastic to work with and is a SME in his field but also does so with a great attitude. I won't be using any other plumbing company moving forward. Top notch all around."

"Talk about a GREAT Morning ! Due to PlumbSmart and Roger's knowledge, expertise, business sense, and his plumber's abilities - I woke up this morning, went into my shower and there were NO LEAKS ! San Antonio is the hard water capital I believe and Roger arranged for my shower knob cartridge to be replaced to stop the leaking. His plumber came to my home, was on time, was professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He started his work, came in and explained that it was not just the handle cartridge that required replaced, but also the entire shower value unit because of hard water damage. He excused himself, went and picked up the part, and within 30 minutes had everything up and running perfectly ! I can't say enough good things about PlumbSmart. If you have any plumbing needs whatsoever, you cannot go wrong using PlumbSmart, Roger, and his experienced plumbing crew!"
