It turns out the clog was roughly 50 feet deep. Taylor actually drove home and came back later in the evening to finish the work (outstanding service...could've easily, and acceptably, come back the next day when more convenient) as he did not have the needed tool, initially. He found the issue and replaced the toilet as we requested. Axis' expertise, customer service, and overall value are A+.
