"I'd done a ton of research on water softeners and met with several companies by the time I'd talked to Brad, so I was well prepared and knew what I wanted, but nonetheless I was quite impressed, and I didn't need to think twice before making the decision to go with ProWater. From a customer service standpoint, he was knowledgable, transparent, thorough, and very communicative - and a good all around guy - so I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. The price was quite fair, the installation was seamless, the water softener is working great, and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend, and have to express my thanks to these guys again! For context, my project involved the installation of a 45,000 grain water softener system on a 3-bedroom house, with some additional piping needed to help position the system inside of a garage, on their (correct) recommendation."
