"We a had an issuer with One Hour where they installed our Geo Thomo unit and it took them like 3 weeks to figure out that a over heating relay was bad. In the mean time my electric bill was over $600 due to the fact that they ran the unit of backup electric. At this point I have not had any good experiences with any of the franchises. The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. I have tried the better business bureau, and started consultation with a lawyer, We will be going to the PA Consumer protection, Your assistance to the matter would be greatly appreciated. "

In 2019, we hired them to replace an outdoor spigot/hose bib and copper plumbing, which cost $309. That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required. After questioning the price, they ?discounted? it to $600. Feeling uneasy about the pricing, we asked them to stop the work so we could get a second opinion. "I got a good read from Bill right from the start. Knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. Billâ s team installed a 5 zone mini split system in my new home. The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. With 5 zones I wasnâ t sure how the lines from the outside of the house would look, but Bill came up with a solid plan on where to run them so the outside doesnâ t look over-worked. "I have had my system for over 2 years and my main biggest hearing unit has never worked correctly. Prime installed this unit and has tried to bandaid this for 2 years. A couple months ago I was told where prime installed the unit at was causing the problem and I could pay extra money to have it moved due to there installation error. I want happy about that and voiced that through a message. 2 months later and prime has yet to fix our even reach out about this issue. This is poor customer service and for a problem that has existed since install. I also pay for the monthly service and extended warranty, still no fix. "

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Our 17 year old central air conditioning went out at the start of a heat wave. I called Arctic Fire on a Sunday morning. Alex returned my call that afternoon and came out the next day around noon and quickly diagnosed the problem and had our old unit running in about half an hour. In conversation with Alex I discussed the possibility of replacing my 17 year old unit which had been a problem with 3 previous service calls in the last year. Within a day he sent me an estimate which was very competitive and reasonable. Within 2 weeks he replaced both my compressor and air handler in a very hot attic. His team was very professional and completed the job in about 5 hours. Even in very hot weather his team remained focused and answered all my questions and concerns.
