The 40' stone retaining wall looks new and the caulking that was between a substantial number of chimney bricks was removed and replaced with mortar. The stone planters in our home's entry were carefully cleaned of broken/cracked mortar, the stones are now solidly in place and the planters look great. Roy is an artist with this kind of work. Cleanup was very thorough - minimal effort needed after it was done."

"At that time, we were taking in quite a bit of water in the house around the chimney. We had already had three different companies out to repair the leak, but we still had water. We had already spent over $1000 with the other guys. These guys came out and did a seamless repair on the brick and we didn't get any water for about 7 months. When we saw water again, we called them out a second time. They did a repair on a different part of the chimney, so the work they did the first time around was still intact. Even though they were not at fault, they didn't charge me for the new repair! While they were here, I had them assess the whole house, as we have had many issue with the appearance of the bricks since after having our foundation repaired. I have hired them twice for brick and mortar repair and sealing of upper level windows. They do beautiful work, very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, they call ahead and usually call afterword to make sure customer is pleased with the work performed. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I have that from first hand experience! I don't mind spending the money if I know its going to be a one time repair. I highly recommend this company and I give them an A+ rating. Since I have hired them on multiple occassions, and I intend to hire them again to complete the work I still need done, it is difficult to give an approximate cost of service. But they do stand by their work!"

"Andre McGee with storm shield oversaw replacing three roofs on my rent house. Roof one was the main dwelling. Roof two was a barn roof shed. And roof three was a manufactured panel 32X16 sun room roof. All went like clockwork with roof 1 and 2 done by afternoon on a single day. The sunroom panels had to be ordered but it looks beautiful! All this after the inspector sent out by the insurance company was going to do a few repairs on the dwelling only. Andre was good enough to make a secondary inspection and send off photos to my insurance co and they paid for the entire job. This was not my first experience with Andre and Shelby. They got my roof on my residence done right a year ago. I was very skeptical having delt with fly by night roofing incorporated and been burned. He answered phone on my first call and came by that afternoon. He took pictures to show me what issue was. It was from my chimney and another stack pipe close to the chimney. He scheduled a time to come back, and I asked it he could also clean my gutters or knew someone I could call. He said he would clean them for me. He came back did the work, took pictures of completed work for roof repair and the cleaned gutters. He was very nice, easy to work with. He even took care of a couple of other issues he saw while he was working on roof and cleaning gutters. I was very thankful he was able to get to me as promptly as he did."
