"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"Excellent work. Pete responded promptly to my initial inquiry, came out ASAP to provide an estimate on the cracked step (and on a bigger "dream" project I've been thinking about), explained what had likely caused the damage, and gave me several options for either replacing the step just as it had been, or upgrading a little bit depending on my price range. His recommendations were good, and we didn't feel pressured at all, but the full reshaping of the step into a rounded one was a bit outside our budget so we took him up on enlarging it by several inches instead. Overall, Pete was friendly and professional, and had that air of experienced competence that you look for in someone doing work on your house. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. I did, however, call a good friend who has worked in the brick industry for years, and he assured me that the price Pete quoted was right in line with what he would expect for my project if you want it done right. When I gave Pete the green light, he scheduled the work promptly, showed up in the morning on time a few days later, and knocked the whole project out by that same afternoon. Put simply, the step looks great. It was done promptly, in line with our budget and at the price Pete originally quoted, and our whole experience with him was easy and hassle-free. The new brick color is matched perfectly with the old brick (absent a decade of wear and tear obviously), as is the cement, and it is clearly quality construction. In sum, I would highly recommend PK Masonry to anyone, and I will definitely use him again if I can ever convince my wife to let me pull the trigger on that dream project I've been thinking about..."

"LJIA Masonry did an amazing job replacing the broken flagstone covering my front door stoop and steps. They explained why the original flagstone broke over time and suggested a much thicker stone. It was fun watching them cut and place the stones to make them look as natural as the originals."

"Excellent! Bob Beaty is extremely professional & somewhat of perfectionist. True craftsmanship with every detail. He went out of his way to make sure the retaining wall was not only correctly constructed, but attractive as well. He helped select the pavers we used for the new hardscape surface & laid them properly aligned with poly sand joints. Beautiful work in only 10-11 days. <br />"

"Chad, came out to tell me if I had foundation issues to be concerned with since I had small cracks in the corners and along the crown modeling in my home. And basically, it was only cosmetic issues that needed to be repaired by a painter since overtime due to normal wear and tear of a new home. I was so relieved because foundation work is very expensive. Had was nice, honest and explained everything!! I would recommend Chad and his company for all foundation inquiry and repairs!! <br />"

"Barry, the owner of the company came out to do a chimney and fireplace inspection. I just purchased a house and wanted to make sure everything was in good condition. He was punctional, professional and on time. Inspected everything. He was very honest and advised me that nothing needed to be repaired. He cleaned up after himself, lit the fire to make sure everything was fine. Went up on the roof to check from there. He was very knowledgable and made sure I understood how everything works."

"Great. The crew (Iggy, Chris, Don, and Leo) arrived 15 mins early. Very professional, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. They were confident that they could fix my sagging exterior wall and repair the masonry damage. Of course I won't know for sure for a few years, but it appears that they did a very good job. They found the problem, fixed it, installed two piers, repaired the brickwork, and also repaired cracks in my brickwork in other areas of my house. They cleaned up after themselves, and repaired the area of my concrete driveway that they had to dig through. Lots of specialized, heavy equipment was needed - that plus their obvious expertise and experience does seem to justify the high cost. Extra service: An hour after they left, I tried but could not get my garage door to work. I assumed that some of the work they did caused the opener to become mis-aligned, I called and left a msg at their office. Within 20 mins Chris returned my call, and came back to my house within the hour. They quickly showed us that the cameras were mis-aligned (we should have realized that), and fixed them. Nice."

"<p>Mr.Hewatt arrived on time and I showed him the area of my roof that I thought would need repair. I also asked him to inspect the rest of the roof to see if there were any potential problems that should be taken care of. After carefully inspecting my roof, to my surprise, he said that everything looked fine. The area that I thought the workmanship was suspect, was actually OK, as well as the rest of the roof. The only problem he saw was not with the roof but evidence of wood rot on the trim around the chimney area. Cost......NO CHARGE! It is hard to find someone who is honest and fair-minded as Mr. Hewatt and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any roofing work done. By the way, upon request, he also recommended someone who would take care of the wood rot. Tim Johnson Contracting, LLC, located in Loganville, Ga. whose work I was equally pleased with. Mr.Hewatt and Mr. Johnson have both been placed on speed dial in my phone!</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Work went very well. Maintained isolation barriers while abating the mold. Complied with cleaning and inspections and meeting specifications. A year later and everything is still good with no mold reoccurring."
