Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. He was careful to keep the area clean, did a fantastic job of cleaning out our chimney, and gave us many pointers on what type of wood to burn as well as how to operate the damper on the chimney (we were clueless, since we never had a chimney before). He also took the time to give us safety tips concerning how to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning."
