"We had a great experience with All Phase Plumbing Inc. We had previously used them to find and repair a leaking water pipe between the water meter and our house. Based on this previous successful experience, we decided to get a quote for them to install a new kitchen sink. Brandon, from All Phase Plumbing, reviewed the job, thoroughly explained our options, and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. Based on his recommendations, we ordered the sink and associated parts. The new sink was to be installed in a tile countertop. Brandon, and his helper Eric, cut out the old undermount sink without incident, installed the new drop-in sink, faucet, garbage disposal, drains, and air gap. We also added the installation of two new toilets to the job. They were both very pleasant, neat and clean, and did a great job. An added bonus with All Phase Plumbing is dealing with the very pleasant Ami at their office."

His prices are honest and extremely reasonable. He and his crew showed up on-time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day and were very communicative throughout the entire process and gave me timely progress updates. John takes pride in his work and made sure I was happy with the work each step of the way. When he was patching the walls at the end of the job he even patched a hole left by a different contractor. "Their cost was just for the labor because the water heater was under warranty.  Their professionalism, service and cleanup were all excellent.  I would recommend them.  They were good.  The person who came was very conscientious, courteous and helpful.  They were a little bit late getting here the first time."

"Our water softener started leaking on a Friday afternoon -- understandably one of the worst possible times for getting help! I had to call Angie's list to get names of plumbers who supposedly had 24/7 and weekend appointments as I wasn't getting anywhere just calling companies listed from their website. I give them a C rating because on the positive side they did pick up the phone and I actually talked to a real person. (The mailbox of one company I called was full, several others I called I was only able to leave a voice message.) The negatives come in because 1) they actually are NOT 24/7, 2) they don't have a plumber available on Sundays and 3) I was quoted a fee of $165 for the first 1/2 hour, and then $82.50 per 1/2 hour after that. That is a pretty exorbitant fee!"

"I hired Hopper's Plumbing to install a new hot water heater in an older home I recently bought.  The current hot water heater was not working and nothing was to code.  I contacted Hopper's and was able to easily get an estimate scheduled.  I thought the price was great and they were able to schedule the job within a week of the estimate which I thought was nice.  I also had them install an new dryer vent duct as well as a new kitchen faucet.  I could not be there for the actual install, however another family member was there and she was happy with the service as well.  It turned out the work took longer than what was originally quoted, however they didn't charge me more than the original price which I thought was very respectable.  I would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. <br />"
