We had several estimates from other companies that seemed more expensive, let alone reasonable.. When we received the quote from Dave we were quite surprised. His estimate was so much less than other company's. We accepted his quote on the spot with out even having to think about it.. The work performed was complete in a timely and professional manner. We were so please, with how dependable Dave was in his follow through on every thing he said would be done. Including when he said the job would be completed.. We believe, it would be in any ones best interest to contact his company if ever needing any chimney repair."

"<p>They did a fantastic job of cleaning the brick on my house. There was a lot of white staining under the gables and staining in other places, and now it is all the same color, and much brighter. I hired someone else to remove the staining a couple of years ago, and they failed, and I also tried to remove it myself without any success, so I am very pleased with the results.</p> <p>My chimney was also falling apart and they did a great job of rebuilding it. They matched the color of the original mortar perfectly, so you can't tell where the new mortar starts. "Rudy and his crew are straight up studs.   <br /> We found him on Angie's List and he came out the very next day to bid the job.  After meeting the three other stucco contractors that had come out before him, I knew right away that he was going to be the guy we wanted to work on our home. <br /> His bid was very reasonable and we had him put us on the schedule.  He gave us dates by which he would start, and be done.  His crew showed up on time, and even though they were delayed two days by rain, they got the job done on time.  I was impressed that they were able to get it done because we had a very short window to get it all finished. <br /> The guys stayed late to make up for the weather delays and the work they did was outstanding!  They even patched and repaired places that I had tried to do myself…. "Estimate occurred on schedule as planned. The estimator/sales person sent me the bid via email and I responded to the message accepting the bid. I said I'd like to get started right away (it was the end of November and I was worried about snow complicating the job or adding expense because they charge $55 per man per hour to clear the snow). More than a week passed with no contact, I called the office, they said I needed to pay a deposit first, so I did. Another week went by and snow came. The job didn't get scheduled until I called to ask for my deposit back. The work was completed, but cost me extra for them to clear the snow. About 2 weeks later, on a warm day with some melting happening, I noticed the leakage behind the gutters and under the eaves was still occurring. I paid half the invoice and called the office twice to let them know the problem I called about in the first place was not fixed. Office told me both times someone would call me back to talk about addressing the leakage issue that wasn't fixed. No one has ever called me back. After several more weeks, I decided to pay the remainder of the invoice so I could quit dealing with this company. I do believe they did the work they proposed to fix my problem (the repaired gutter and vent seals are fine), but it didn't resolve the issue and they have been completely unresponsive to my concerns about not getting the problem fixed."

"Wayne from Wasatch Heating and Air Conditioning arrived promptly for all appointments, and was always extremely professional. When he came to provide an estimate, he was actually 5 minutes early, and he provided some great insights regarding the options available and what would best suit our needs. The crew had a great attitude and they were also all very professional. They installed the furnace and the air conditioner in one day, and even though they needed to make some pretty big modifications prior to installation, they remained positive and the project went very smoothly. I am pleased that we were able to work with a local company, and even more pleased at the level of professionalism and great work.
