"Want a gas fireplace? This is the place to go. We converted from a wood stove insert to a gas insert a number of years ago. Since then we've needed service a couple of times. Everyone we've interacted with (in person, on the phone, at our home) has been friendly, knowledgeable, courteous (the list of positives goes on)."

"The porcelain tile installation turned out better than we hoped. Their workers adapted to the change that proved necessary (we tried to remove the previous tile and cement board underlayment ourselves). They also disposed of the tile we removed. The new floor is a joy to behold."

"The owner was hard to deal with, with a million excuses for almost everything. He didn't seem especially familiar with Angie's List or what the deal was. However, upon prodding, a competent worker did come out and get the fireplace started. He wanted us to pay for transportation from Gilroy + &125/hr. However, finally he took the $99 as promised on Angie's list. More communication needed between Angie's List and vendor."

"Very pleased with the overall result. Took much longer than communicated originally (8 weeks versus the 3 weeks quoted). Very good quality but we could not always be sure when they would show up for the next stage of our job, which meant we often stayed home expecting then to be on site, only to find out they they had not completed work at another site. Probably due to the fact that they do good work and are in demand.. and also that our project was quite complex with several stages. Make sure that your design plan is accurate and not subject to interpretation. The scale on our plan was subject to interpretation which caused us some issues. Fortunately, these were addressed to our satisfaction."

"Hector and Enrique came out and measured the job site and returned an estimate within a few days. It was neither the highest nor the lowest, but the owners' personalities and knowledge of the product and the proposed job made it very easy to select them. From the beginning, communication was superb, with either Hector or Enrique letting us know when every step was going to take place and what we could expect. This was a complex job which required lowering the existing counter and island countertops by 2.75 inches. The tear out and carpenter work went off without a hitch. (Hector's father deserves a raise for his diligence.) There were a couple of small hiccups with the final installation, but they were quickly remedied (great and immediate communication) and the final product was way better than we thought possible. Because there was dust in the house, they made arrangements to have someone come out and clean the house when they were finished. I am a retired dentist, and very particular about fit and finish (just ask my wife), and was very impressed with both their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend the company. Have them come out and give you an estimate. You won't be disappointed.

"Excellent! Every time I asked for additional items to be done he never said no. Worked with very little space to create a mini laundry room as well as install and plumb my washer and dryer. Always cleaned up each day and is very professional with reasonable prices. Highly recommend"
