"Scheduled an appointment to move a water filtration unit. The phone rep was great and flagged a $150 after hours charge upfront, which I accepted. The technician, Omar Walters, was a different story. Rude from the start. He called lost, talked over my directions, ignored my guidance, ended up at the wrong address, blamed me for it, then hung up. Called again lost, eventually found my place, and arrived with a massive chip on his shoulder. Left my front door wide open twice. Hadn't brought the sink hole cover he was supposed to, so I drove to Home Depot myself. Brought the unit inside only to announce he lacked the right drill tools and I'd need to reschedule. Also left the valve open, causing water to spill on the ground. When I called back, I was told the $150 still applied despite their technician failing to complete the job. Still waiting on a manager callback. Been a customer for years with nothing but positive experiences until now. I hope management makes this right."

"Great product and good price. Frank was extremely professional with regards to scoping the project and providing a solid explanation of the product. We decided to go with him because we needed a new soft water loop installed, and he was the only contractor who proposed an alternate path to getting to the unit in the garage (our water service entry is on the opposite side of the house from the garage). Plus, his data showed that his product is superior to the competition we were looking at. We did strongly recommend that he get "blue stake" certifications completed in advance of the installation, because the lines were to be buried in the ground, but he assured us that it wouldn't be necessary. So we scheduled the installation and then, after Herman spent a couple of hours trying to dig, learned that it would be necessary to use a trencher. This ultimately led to getting the blue stake certifications that we had suggested in the first place, and caused several days' delay for everyone. Herman, the installer, was always prompt, and polite, though less than friendly and evidently not well-accustomed to working in the heat. The product is great, and the price is very competitive, but we would encourage Frank and Herman to err on the side of caution and seek blue stake clearances any time the customer's project involves digging more than a few inches with a hand tool."
