"In the end, not well. We needed a leaking gutter seam fixed at our vacation house because it was dripping on our deck and ruining our stain. Higher Ground came out and made a repair in June 2022, which supposedly fixed the leak. We then arranged to have our deck restained. Since this is a vacation house, we weren't able to go back to the house until August 2022. At that point we discovered that the seam was still leaking onto our newly restained deck. We contacted Higher Ground via email and phone to try to get them to come out and finish the fix. They were not very responsive and got a little nasty about only allowing 10 days for "quality control issues" on their work, even after I explained that we are not down at the house full time to be able to see that it wasn't really fixed. So they refused to make good on their work. From my perspective, I paid for a leak repair and did not get a leak repair."

"I called for a repair on a toilet, told then that I already had the replacement part, just wanted them to replace it for me. Being a 'Gold' member, they told me it would be $30.00 to just come out and check it out and take care of it. They arrived on-site, I showed him my Kohler replacement part and the tech proceeded to spend close to 45 minutes trying to figure out his tablet, only to find out he was getting me 4 quotes ready. two of which were to replace the toilet, one to replace all the parts and one to use there value at a cost of $248.00 dollars. (He could have already replaced what I needed) I proceeded to ask him to leave, he charged me the $30.00...what a joke. I have use My Pro Plumber in the past, but never again, this was unbelievable. I am not sure what they are doing these days, but if you need something minor, do not call these guys. I filled out their survey, the owner called, missed the call, I tried to return the call two times, left messages."

"The remediation company called Knoxville Plumbing late yesterday afternoon. Today, at 11:10 a.m., I received a text with the picture and name of the technician from Knoxville Plumbing who was coming. Pickett arrived in half an hour and put on shoe covers to not track dirt into the house. He went right to work and put in a new PEX pipe joint and fixture in an hour. Good as new!"

"We had PerfectWater install a purification system in our home costing us just under $8K. This system never functioned properly. Called for service multiple times. Our last service request in December 2024 resulted in a new water test according to PerfectWater. They pulled the sample. We never heard from them again. Fast forward to October 2025, one year later, they called wanting to come service our equipment. At that point, they went over the water test results....a year later. They requried us to pay for the test at that time, which was usless to us due to the passage of time. Result of the test according to them, no change in the water and no need to do anything. Called a new company and the tested everything right in front of us. Went over everything and explained it all to us in detail. Please do not waste your time and money with Perfect Water. Find a company that will test the water on site and explain everything to you."
