"We had contacted Chimney.com and asked if they could check out our gas fireplace and tell us if it needs to be replaced or fixed. Ours was a 2002 possible model, so it definitely need to be replaced. They let us know what the estimate would be for a total replacement with a Majestic Fireplace and all the bells and whistles that come with it! We said yes and set a date. Then they notified us that it came in early and if we would like them to come out earlier than scheduled and we said YES!! They showed up early in the morning -a little after 8 AM which is fabulous! They worked the whole day taking the old stuff out putting the new stuff in! The crew cleaned up as they worked. The company is wonderful -We would recommend Chimney.com to anyone and everyone that needs their gas fireplace looked at! It’s always a pleasure working with a company that treats you like family! "Repair went pretty much as planned, although it ended up being a much bigger job due to a cracked liner inside the chimney. The owner/boss of the operation is hard-working, conscientious, friendly, and straightforward. My minor gripe, the B for quality, is not a criticism of the boss, but more his workers, who left things messy and somewhat unfinished. It seemed like they wouldn't do a good job unless he was there to point out the shortfalls.  As long as you're willing to speak up when things aren't right, I am confident that the firm will do whatever is needed. I am very happy, and would use them again. <br />"

"I had used this company previously and found them to be exceptionally responsive. They had shown me a video of cracks in my chimney cap and replaced the cap expeditiously. The tech had dislodged a screw during the first fireplace cleaning and couldn't find the screw, or one suitable to replace it, disabling my glass screen. The company replaced the affected fireplace screen door without charge. Thus, I called upon this company to clean the chimney again this year. As this was a routine cleaning, I have nothing extraordinary to report, except that the tech showed up on time and was very professional. Also, I have a second floor laundry room and he cleaned the dryer vent from outside the house, which I believe is more effective than cleaning it from inside the house, which another company did. Finally, they called to schedule immediately after I purchased the Big Deal - I mean that day within an hour or so! I would definitely hire this company again."
