"Replacement of chimney went very well and I am very pleased with the look. Previous chimney was leaking through mortar cracks and was faced with basalt rock. It would have been very expensive to tear down and replace and Chris suggested several brick colors, dropped them over for us to consider, and drew some pictures of replacement chimney to match mid century house and neighborhood. He also reused old cap material on new chimney and was able to use material to repair rear brick chimney cap."

"He was running a bit late and appreciated the call letting me know. He laid down runners and taped off the fireplace to eliminate any leakage. I could tell it had not been cleaned in some time due to the amount of black soot found. He was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions satisfactorily. All of his equipment removes leaving no mess behinf. Was very pleased with the experience."

"We had rain issues. It took us awhile to get an apointment. They asked me to give them the color of my roof in case they needed to replace. They showed up with black and my roof was actually a green black mix. They had to go buy a new pack to be able to match the color of my roof and they charged me $80 extra. They did a great job and took photos. They discover a leak off my chimney and repaired my flashing. They repaired 2 of my vents and 1 of my neighbors vents. They were tight and a professional crew. I told them I wanted a quote for some work on the side of my house that has some weather issues. I never heard from them again after they left. When I talked to the girl in the office she knew I wanted quotes and needed to set up another appointment so the crew and the office knew."

"I had many options and colors to pick from for my new roof and one that fit my budget. The crew arrived early and got busy, the job was done very professionally. All of the debris was placed in a bin and removed at the end of the job. The cleanup was if they had not been here. The price was very fair, I got several estimates and their bid was not the lowest or the highest. I am very pleased with the outcome and have a 30-year warranty that is transferable should I at some point decide to sell my home. I have had no problems with the new roof of any kind but know if I did I could count on Chet's Roofing to be there for me. Great Company and great customer service."

"Contacted Mr. Voigt on the phone and received a service date and estimate based on my description of the work I wanted done. As they were very busy they showed up on the agreed date about 10 days later and actually a little early. John and his assistant inspected the fireplaces and chimneys then proceeded to clean them. They partially disassembled the fireplace insert fire bricks and cleaned everything. After looking over the basement fireplace they determined it did not require service due to none use. They left absolutely no mess even bringing glass cleaner cream (the correct method) for cleaning the fireplace insert class but did not need it as I had already cleaned it prior to their arrival. <br /> Anyway in the end they adjusted the price down because of the downstairs not needing service and offered to bring out some replacement bricks for the four cracked ones in the insert unit plus a rain cap for the one chimney flu that does not have one. <br /> Good professional service and reasonable pricing while offering options for additional service without pressure. <br />"
