"They were really good. My air conditioning had just died on me. I called them on like a Friday evening and they were out here Monday afternoon for me. I did use them one time before about a year ago. The young man came out here, I'm an older person, and he just went out of his way to bend over backwards to get it done as quickly and cheaply as possible. Of course I'm never going to be happy with the price. They saw that they were going to be about an hour late and they called me before the appointment time to see if it was okay for them to still come on even though they were going to be an hour late. That was nice. They have their own follow up, which was nice. But what I found impressive, we had just gotten the heat wave coming through Tennessee and I figured it would be a week before they could get out but no they came right on out. I will call them first because I've been here 17 years and I've had to have other people out here before. I felt like they took advantage of the situation. Selling me products I didn't need. I even had one person when I'd been here 7 years to tell me that the life time warranty on an air conditioning unit for an 8 track system was only 10 years and it was time for me to replace it. Now who replaces one after 7 years? Tennessee Mechanical didn't give me any of that. So, I appreciate their straightforwardness about it."

They have great follow-up and the owner told me that they will stand behind their work beyond the warranty. He said they will service anything for an indefinite amount of time. That is a nice quality for a business to have. The work this company did for me was handled through my general contractor so I can not comment on what they might charge."

"I have used them for a long time now. Infact I used them when I built the house, ten years ago. So, I haven?t compared their prices with the other companies. They are very comfortable people to get along with. The problem with the water softner took a while to be figured out. However, they were very diligent in working on it. The water softner was under warranty. As they came out to do the service, they charged me the yearly maintenance charge of $100. Since my water was not getting soft, they had to come out 3-4 times to look at it. They have 30-45 days of guarantee on their work. I am not disappointed with the quality of their work. The only disappointment I have with them is with their responsiveness. They do return my phone calls. The only problem is, I think, they don?t have enough service people for the area that they serve. So, they take a long time to come out in between calls. In case the work isn?t completed or if there is more work to be done, they don?t come out the very next day. Instead they come out the next week. I guess this is because they are short on people. I can schedule easily though. I would understand their delay if I was a new customer. However, if I am in the midst of a problem, I?d expect faster resolution of the same. I?d still continue to use them in the future."
