"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"First, he haf to remove two shelves that were bolted to the wall.  Each shelf had at lest 8 screws that had to be removed.
He moved the piece of new furniture in the place where my stereo equipment was to be installed.
He wired all the speakers and connected it so the tv and dvd player both worked through; the receiver and speakers which
was my primary goal.  He accomplished the same thing in the second room.
I asked him if he could program the AT&T uVerse Remote Control to manage  the entire system, rather than having several remotes.  .  He went onto the on AT&T uVerse screen help but it did not provide the  installation code he needed.  He called AT&T and had to talk with 4 people unril hw douns onw person who aat least  understood his request AT&T kept him on the line about 30 minutes.  Becoming impatient and frustrated with the inept AT&T customer technical support, Seth searched Google and ;located the correct programming code and got my AT&T Remote Control working with everything.  He even explained  what he did to the AT& Technical person who came back on the line with NO answer=!!!
Owner, Seth Diggs knows his stuff very well and I feel very satisfied with the work he did and the price he charged.
I would give Seth Diggs of Paramount Home Theatre an A +  if Angie had that rating availale.
Final note:  With all the work he did, he came in just at 2 hours which was the amount I had paid Angie's List for in their Big Deal.

"We called Keys Mechanical to look at our central unit which was making sick noises and obviously struggling to cool our home.  We called them based solely on the Angie's List reviews.  As anyone who has lived in the Keys for any length of time knows, just getting someone to actually show up is a feat in itself let alone someone who is competent to do the job they claim they know how to do.  My husband called, set up a time for someone to come look at the unit and then we waited to see what would happen.  Low and behold an actual AC guy showed up, a little late but he did call ahead to let us know he was running behind.  In our experience, this in itself was remarkable.  It is not unusual for contractors/workers to show up late - after all everyone is on Key West time - but it is usually that they show up as much as 2-3 hours late without the courtesy of a call, explanation or God forbid an apology.  Oftentimes they just don't bother to show up at all.  We often wonder how they keep their businesses going without doing any work.  Anyway, they showed up, performed a diagnostic, gave us the bad but not unexpected news and then proceeded to put a "bandaid" on the unit to bridge the time between getting a new unit.  Gave us an estimate, told us the cost of the day would be erased if we purchased our new unit from them.  We did check out one more source of a new central ac unit; the differance in price was amazing.  In the meantime the "bandaid" while not perfect is certainly keeping us comfortable enough to sleep at night.  We will be purchsing our new unit from them; at that time will probably write another glowing review.

"The guy arrived on time and replaced the heating element in a professional, timely manner. Great job!"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"My a/c wasn't working - we just moved into a home that had been vacant for almost 2 years.  I received quotes to fix the problem close to $3,000.00 and doesn't include labor (it was the motor to our a/c, HOME DEPOT was one of the quotes we received.  I called Mr. Llanes, and he sent Wally.  They came as expected and cleaned the coils and replaced the motor for 1/3 of what home depot and the other guys were quoting me.   3 weeks later,  the heater wasn't working and I called Llanes again and Wally came to service the unit on the same day and problem was fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys over and over again!"

"Marty was very knowledgeable with his work. Gave me lots of advice on maintaining my system during the hottest months here in Florida. If you are looking for someone HONEST and fair don?t hesitate to give his company a call!!!"
