Their investigation found that the 1932 chimney had only partial lining and that the interior of the chimney was deteriorating. We now have full linings for both the furnace and fireplace. A large glob of old cement blocking a portion of the chimney was discovered and expertly drilled out with only two exterior bricks being removed. These were neatly replaced. They were responsive and came exactly when they said they would, both for the initial evaluation and for the work itself. I would not hesitate to recommend their services."
