They worked great and Mr. Water came out yearly to change the reverse osmosis system's filter and check the water softener. When our daughter bought a house in 2010 they installed hers. When we bought a house and moved in 2015, we bought another system from them. The service and products have always been great."

"Water Heater was leaking, called around and got some pretty high prices for a 30 gallon Water Heater install. Had seen J&R's van in our neighborhood, so I gave them a call. John and his crew were out within an hour. Not only did they do an amazing job, but he changed out my washing machine shut off valves as they were old and looked like they were starting to leak. He also installed a catch pan, so if my elevated water heater ever leaked in the future, it would not drip on everything below. He did all this for no extra charge. Highly recommend!!!"

"Discovered water leaking into the master bath and bedroom on a Friday morning. Shut the water to the house off and called Olin. Judy, I believe, answered the phone and said they could have someone out by the end of the day and that she would give us a heads up when they were on their way. She did just that. Joe arrived, found that the pipe leading into the house from the hose bib had snapped. He replaced the pipe and the bib at reasonable cost. Joe knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous and took the time to both show us the problem and explain what he would need to do. Would not hesitate to call Olin again."

"I have ongoing issues with Aqua Soft every time they fill up my unit or add salt. The unit will work fine until it is filled up, they never check the unit before they leave. I have called the owners out several times. Last December, they came out to fill the unit and it would not work. They repaired it, but it did not work again. It was covered under a 90 day warranty so they came back and repaired it again. John, the owner, says that they should be checking the unit each time they fill it up. The son, came out today and said he wasn't going to charge me for the service call. He then told me he would only charge $25.00 instead of $42.00. I feel like they are always taking my money, all he did was dump some water in. He also put a bag in, which I don't mind paying for. I don't like that they charged me for the service visit when I have been with them for 12 years. There was no repair performed."
