Prices came at the end of the presentation, I think the whole appointment took just over an hour. He answered our many, many questions and was patient. They do try to push their Kinetico system, which is very pricey. However, they do offer other solutions that are similar in price to what other companies offer. We ended up purchasing the Kinetico system and will update post after using product for a while. They do offer to come out once a year and test your water to make sure the product is functioning as promised."

Ends up our washer is in need of about $400 - $500 in repairs and instead of trying to get us to go for that, he recommended we just buy a new one for less than $500 (he recommended one that he just bought for his home). "Bob Wyckoff, the owner, came and gave me a free estimate, which other companies wanted to charge for. He told me my well was 42 years old and needed to be replaced. His estimate was very reasonable. They drilled a new well, put in a new well pump and well tank and answered all my questions, which were numerous. I am a single woman and wanted to understand what was happening and Bob, Glen and Taylor were patient, explained everything and especially Bob and Glen were very knowledgeable. They even planted grass seed and put down straw where they had dug up my yard. I had very poor water pressure. I couldn't run the washing machine and do dishes. And I didn't have enough pressure to run the outside sprinkler and water my grass, even if nothing else was running. Now, I can run whatever I want. I have better water pressure now than I had when I bought the house 13 years ago. I would definitely recommend Wyckoff Well Drilling."
