After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."

DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"
