"I was away when the work took place, though my contractor was there to let them in. Everything when I returned looked perfect- no interior or exterior mess to worry about. I was also provided with a checklist of what work was done and what recommendations they had for me. This list was very informative, but I had some additional questions. I called back to speak to Don, who had done the work, and he promptly returned my call. I ended up speaking to him for about half an hour about how my flues were configured and we discussed how doing new flue inserts would be a way of making sure that fumes did not penetrate the old brick and enter the home. When I finally inquired about what the cost would be to do that work, he told me that they don't actually do that! He had spent all that time with me just to be helpful. I really appreciated the quality of the work and the care that they took to help their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their chimney's cleaned."

"<p>2 workers showed up , started to demolish, were not very careful where all the bricks and old insulation fell.</p> <p>the worker, were very personable, nice, but slobs. The chimney was rebuild and I assume was done right, </p> <p>it took two days. The clean up wasn't so good, I offered the use </p> <p>of our leaf blower to get rid of the old insulation which was spread on the roof, I finally told them to go because</p> <p>the mess they created was damaging some of the ground cover and planting.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Nice guys, but clean up is not high on the list.  I had to hire some one to clean the roof and also clean out the gutters</p> <p>there was 2 inches of sand in the gutter. "They were prompt and they finished quickly. I did have a problem with their flushing, I had some water leakage and I actually ended up up having that repaired by somebody else. And the top of the cap of the chimney needs some repair and I've called them and they came out very quickly. We didn't have arranged a date yet for the to re-point the cap of the chimney. It was a damp day that they did the chimney so they think that's why the concrete didn't hold up. But overall I am satisfied."

"I received a call back almost immediately after submitting a service request on-line.  Nelson and Segundo came out within a day or two to estimate the work.  They were professional, thorough, explained the work needed and advised someone in the office would contact me to schedule the work.  Office did contact me the same day and scheduled the appointment for a SUNDAY.  While very convenient for me, I wondered how happy a crew would be to work on a Sunday (read as, would the work quality be the same?).  But they explained they had to work around weather all the time and it would be just another work day for them.  They showed up on time, completed the work during the expected time and cleaned up after themselves.  They were polite, respectful and provided helpful information.  In summary, from the moment I requested an estimate until completion of the work, everything was great.  They came out a couple of weeks later to waterproof the chimneys.  I would use them again and highly recommend them. <br />"

"I got a visit and rough estimate within a few days of calling.  John had to order the cap and said he'd set up an appointment as soon as it came in.  I got my written estimate in the mail 2 days later and it was substantially less than the "ballpark" he had mentioned earlier.  I sent in a 50% deposit and John ordered the cap.  About 10 days later he called to set up the installation date for a couple of days later.  I got home from work that day and everything was completed perfectly.  I'm very happy with the service."

"I had two repair companies come and give me a price. Ace was the best price with no frills. He explained what he needed to do with no extras. When they were done, they explained that there wasn't as much work to repair as they initially thought, so they adjusted their price accordingly. Fireplace has been dry all winter."
