They also spotted issues with my duct work and are working with me to repair them. They replaced my water heater as well! Truly compassionate, affordable and very timely. I wouldn't hire anyone else. "I had a wonderful experience last year with Annex Builders who built my "mother-in-law" guest house on my son's property in Santa Fe! And, most of the project was completed LONG DISTANCE as I was unable to move completely from Memphis at the time. The pricing was super and there was plenty of communication from sit-down meets, to emails, phone calls and texts. Return calls, etc were almost immediate. It was a comprehensive build from architectural plans (4-room "casita") to finishing touches. The staff and crew were professional and friendly. There was a 3-week delay, due to inclement weather, right before the foundation was poured, and the day when work resumed, I was presented that morning with a beautiful big bouquet from the owner, Andres, and the architect and office manager! I was thrilled! I couldn't have asked for more from this company. Fantastic company and project! I love my house!"
