"Great. The technicians were on time, explained everything, tried their best to keep our water on, quick to get the job done and everything has been working great. They were also the best quote of several companies."

"While pricing was about 15% higher than two other companies, they called us back within 10 minutes of submitting the request and got the work done within 3 days. Also they were more professional and I felt more confident with their company than the others."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"If you are wanting fabulous water at your home or office, I highly recommend Metro Water Filter of the South! They just came out to my house for their 5 year filter change. So amazing to see the old filters compared to the new filters. They have great customer service! My daughter is now at college and asked what she missed the most about home and she said the water!!! "We signed up with All Good Home Services through Lowe?s referral to replace the 10 year old HVAC system in our house. All Good came down assessed the old unit and proivded a quote to replace with a new system. In addition, they recommended to add new duct for intake and charged extra for that work as well. We signed the contract and awarded the work. The new unit they installed had problems with cooling and they upgraded to a larger system. However, that still did not resolve the cooling issue and the chillness in the house would not drop below 72 degrees. We never had problems with the old system with cooling and we lived in the house for more than 10 years. They had sent four technicians so far and they are not able to resolve the issue. Lately, when we turned on the heat during fall, the system does not work at all. Basically, after four months , six different technicians visit, no heat and no cooling after spending $10k. "

"Called to get a small leak on the outside spigot fixed. You pay an upfront fee of $89 which gets waived if you proceed with the work (seems fair at first). I was quoted $498.75 for a 30-45min job. When I asked for a breakdown the answer was (labor and parts). This would have been a small pipe and new spigot ($15 part cost at max) so would have paid around $480 ... resulting in $900+ hourly rate ??? Answer was: " this is our rate card ... " Enquire IN ADVANCE of what a certain job would cost before you pay $89 to hear something completely unreasonable - UNFAIR practices in my opinion."
