"In two days Sammy and his crew completed the work done in my basement. The basement floor was in such disarray with a crack that could develop into a sink hole. It also created cracks throughout the basement which was filled and repaired completely in a day in a half. The brand new stairs and outside door I am very pleased with. I am very pleased and recommend Sammy due to his promptness, quality of work, and the cleanliness at the end of each work day. I will be contacting Sammy for future work no matter how small or big the job. I give Sammy an A+ Nellie W. Jordan"

"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"I had to have my chimney repaired. I had to have some brick work done on the chimney and I needed a cap. I called North American Chimney because I had them out to clean my chimney before and they did a nice job. I called and made an appt. The technicians came out to take a look and gave me a price for a cap and brickwork. I was pleased with the price and I told them to do the job. They did the work that day and I was so happy. The technicians were very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs Chimney work as well as fireplaces and many other services."

"<p>Dan at Riteway Chimney has been my chimney guy since he installed the Jotul C550 I purchased at Preston Trading Post in November 2009.  The original install included 30 feet of smooth-wall chimney liner and a three flue cap.  He also applied a brick sealant, water repellant to the entire chimney.  The entire install price was $1600.  He has been back once a year to clean and inspect the chimney at a cost of around $150 a year.  Dan and his partner are very professional and skilled at their jobs.  You can really tell they have been working together for many years.  I would highly recommend Riteway Chimney for any and all chimney/ fireplace work.</p>"

"We hired Brent again this time to replace the Brick and flashing around the Chimney liner from the roof up because we were having water seepage issues due to the age and wear of the existing brick.  I called Brent in early February to see if we could schedule something for mid spring since I knew winter would not be the best time to do the work for him.  He told me to call him in early March to schedule it so I put a note in my phone to remind me to call him in early March.  Only I didn't have to.  He called me at the end of February and said he had been thinking about my roof every time it rained and wanted to take care of it sooner rather than later.  He said that the weather was going to cooperate for mortar setting the next day and he could get it done.  I told him absolutely do it and I greatly apprecieated him getting right out and taking care of especially knowing how busy he is.  While he was here I had inquired to him about placing a chimney trap in the basement as there was never one installed.  I didn't expect him to do it now but at some point in the future.  He said why don't I just do it now while I am here and I should sweep the chimney as long as I'm going to do that as well.  He only asked for an extra $150 to do both of these things.  That included the cost of the cast iron trap.  I'm so glad he did because the stuff he took out of there was crazy.  I realized that I have been paying a local Oil/Furnace repair company a lot of money every year to clean out my furnace and chimney area only to find out that they have barely been cleaning anything.  Needless to say I will be switching providers.  Anyways Brent is the owner and performs all the work himself he shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will and is extremely reasonably priced.  I will continue to reccomend him to anybody looking for any kind of chimney work or any masonry work for that matter.  Our chimney came out great and now I don't have to go up in the attic every time it rains to see how much water was coming in."

"The Dublin City crew did a fantastic job on our new furnace flue. From inspection to explanation, to installation - these guys made me feel comfortable knowing I chose the right specialists. Jason and Jack took the time to explain everything to me. They identified safety concerns that should be addressed and also gave me some recommendations on future work, without pushing me to make a decision on the spot. I really appreciate their perspective and honesty. There is no doubt in my mind that we will work with them when we upgrade our fireplace this spring."

"This is a utility cellar in an old house, it is not used for any other purpose. My husband and I vacuumed the walls and took down the cobwebs before Drini came to do the work--a one day re-pointing job. We had a total of three estimates, all contractors, including Drini, told us it was a small job, one day. We chose Father and Son because his price was half of the next lowest bid. <br /> He arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. He was pleasant, efficient and very good. He scraped down the walls with a wire brush to remove the lose mortar, dug out larger pieces and refilled them. Very straightforward. The work was excellent--all the lines were clean and straight. He cleaned up after themselves and left. <br /> He estimated that the work would take 8 hours; it took 7.  <br /> I would use him again. <br />"

"ThThey arrived 15 minutes early and started right way removing the chimney cap.  A new hole was punched through the cinder block and flue in prep for the liner (and t-connector).  Everything went smoothly at first but they couldn't get the liner all the way down.  After about 45 mins. it became clear something was blocking the flue.  Nelson (the owner) commented that they would get it done and then spent another 3/4 hour trying again. Finally they proceeded to make holes in the external chimney to expose the flue and f found the obstruction (flue tiles weren't aligned).  Work proceeded faster at that point.  Overall, it took about 5 hours.  The replacement brick looked liked it belongs and the interior vent piping was clean and neat. <br /> They did a very good job of cleaning up all the debris both inside and out (When the came, they asked if there was a hatch or basement door, as they didn't want to track dirt through the house.   <br /> The original quote was for $1400 but I paid them $1500 as they spent a lot more time than planned on getting the job done right. <br />"

"Prompt, efficient service, John knows everything there is to know about chimneys.Because the chimney had been originally been installed using wooden interior braces, additional insulation was needed. Further work that needs to be done includes extending chimney to required code height, recrowning cement on top and rejointing the lower existing portion that is above the roof line. This will cost an additional fee of approximately 3200.00. This is to be followed by the application of Chim-Saver to preserve and protect this part of the project. A top-mount stainless steel chimney cap , at approximately 575.00 will complete the job. I have not been able to afford to finish to finish the project yet, but I'm sure it will be well done if and when that time comes. These are 2012 prices - probably higher by now. <br />"
