"Simple Water Services did amazing work on our water system. In his initial consult Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood how our system worked and what our options were. He listened to our concerns and what our goals were, then presented several repair and replacement options and the benefits of each so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing several pieces of non-functional equipment (pressure tank, softener, iron/sulfur guard) and reworking the overall setup of the system. The team worked around our schedule, and encouraged us to take part in decision making such as how to arrange the equipment etc. When they were done our new system looked great. They removed our old equipment, cleaned everything up, and even hauled out an antiquated filter that has been buried several feet in the ground for years. I don’t think we’ve gotten better service from any other company in the 12 years we’ve been living in Florida. We are very pleased with our new system and will turn to Simple Water Services for any service we need in the future."

Company took care of all paperwork; permitting, loan arrangement, inspections. The install team arrived promptly and leader answered questions as they worked.Clean up was complete and all scraps removed. Duke energy was notified of job completion as was the municipal permitting department. Cost for the project was determined by my use(using the graph that is on each month's electric bill). I have 18 panels and my cost was total $18,000. I will receive a income tax return credit for about $6,000. Within 2 months of completion, regional marketing director came to see how conversion was working for me. Customer service was great from beginning to end. Enclosed are pictures of the roof panels, the control station and August electric bill with total due$38.57..Note the difference between 2017 and 2018. Great company and way to use alternative energy that's readily available."
