"Blue Bay Contruction Group transformed my 300 sq, ft. screened Lania into a enclosed sun room.The projects scope involved permitting, inspections, demolition, a concrete floor, concrete block and wood walls, a twenty two foot window wall, stucco, exterior and interior painting, wood ceiling beams, marble counter tops and window sills, electrical, and new air conditioning. The project was well managed and coordinated. Permitting, inspections, subconterctors were coordinated in a timely manior. "Blaze Construction LLC was extremely great to work with from start to finish. I really loved the detailed design plan and Dan answering our design questions at the beginning. They provided a blueprint of the work with the estimate which was really nice to have as a reference point. Dan and his team worked to get the permit pulled and kept me informed during the process, including any delays they were facing getting through the permitting process. The project was slightly large and yet Dan and his team were able to knock it out in a week! The estimate was very reasonable and we ultimately ended up going with Blaze because of Dan’s experience and depth of knowledge with this kind of project. This was our dream project almost 10 years ago when we bought our house - we are glad Dan could make our dream come to life! It looks amazing! Thanks to Dan, Angel and the rest of the team!"
