He replaced a weather head cap and conductors 0n service entry, made corrections on breaker panel, replaced a door bell, installed a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms and replaced a several outlets around house. He explained what he was doing in a way I understood. I would not hesitate to call him again should I need any kind of electrical work done."

"Olin Plumbing just finished replacing all of my old galvanized steel water pipes in my 1947 home. I could not be happier with the job they did! I would like to especially thank David for caring for my home like it was his own and doing such a great job on everything. "When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking. The company made arrangements and another plumber showed up that afternoon. He did an AMAZING job!! We would definitely us R Carr Plumbing again!!"

"Brand New water heater was installed $1,760. Waste water, It takes too long for the water to come out hot . Called them to let them know to see if they could come back to fix it and Kim told me it could be extra fee ??????"

"Terrible. I used them before and was happy to I called them again. Believe me when I tell you - Chuck is a rip-off. He tried to charge me $400 to install a part (it took my neighbor 20 minutes to do the whole job) but, better than that, he tried to tell my one-year old water softener wasn't a good unit and that I should buy a new one from him to the tune of $3000+. I can't say enough negative things about this whole experience. Beware of Chuck's Plumbing - he might have been good in the past but he is now a vulture."

"David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. Both of our bathrooms are totally unrecognizable from where we started. You can’t go wrong hiring DAVID SPENCE INC. for your remodeling needs. We would definitely recommend him and his team."
