"Sandie came to our home and tested all our water at the sink, our refrigerator, and our bottled water. All of the water had chemicals, or other contaminants in it. So we looked at all the options available to us and decided to get the new reverse osmosis system. It was installed by Jean who was very very thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way, and cleaned up everything before he left. They did a before and after water test and explained what each item was doing to clean the water of chemicals and contaminants. We tasted the water and there is a definite difference in the taste now. Jean said they will return on a yearly basis to check that all equipment is working properly. The price was very reasonable and we have a 30 day period to change our minds if this system is not working for us. So far we are happy with our experience with Florida Water Analysis. "All went fine. Water pressure was low and well pump ran constantly. The pressure reservoir/tank was more full than usual so internal air bladder went bad. That required reservoir/tank to be replaced and I also had technician replace pressure gauge and relay switch. Unfortunately the well pump pressure was also low. So long story short I had the well pump replaced. It was probably about 15 years old or more. Can't say for sure since this rental property was purchased in 2014. The well pump job involved additional components: A new junction box at well head for the electrical connections, replacement wiring from junction box to submerged pump, 3 sections of 20 foot 1 1/4 pipe along with various plumbing fittings and a new pressure release valve. The well pump job and repipe required a special truck with 30 foot (?) crane to pull out the 3 sections of pipe at 20 foot each. It wasn't a cheap job. Tank job was about $800 and another $2000 for well pump job and parts plus about $200 in sales tax. Overall it was $3057. But it was a completely professional job and I'm so glad I have rent money to cover that cost over time."

"It went extremely well.  We decided NOT to sink any money into a unit that we knew nothing about (age, workings etc.) and we purchased an 'on demand' unit we had planned on getting anyway.  Install was outstandingly quick & efficient.  We've had them out once, to deliver salt after the installation... and so far, we are thrilled.  We have not had to put any salt in the unit other than the first time.  They were efficient, came out to the house, loaded the unit up with salt and told us we'd not see them for @ 5 or 6 months.  (Of course I laughed, not believing them!)  Guess what, we still have almost 1/2 a brine tank left of salt.  <br />"

"Doug explained well what needed to be done with the faucet installation and then went about doing it. There also was a smell of sulfur from the water in the home. He ran the hot water and determined that the smell was coming from the hot water tank. Checked if tank was still under warranty--it was. Determined it was the anode rod and replacement was ordered. Drained tank, removed old rod riddled with mineral deposit, installed new anode rode, made sure all water and mineral particles were flushed out. Tested kitchen faucet, odor was gone! Improved the water pressure, too, in the kitchen faucet, while he was at it!"
