"Great experience with these guys. They were extremely professional, upfront about everything suck *** installation, pricing and scheduling. Such a smooth process. And they still answer any questions I have after the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water softening or water purification."

"Our experience began a few months ago just prior to San Antonio’s shut down due to Coronavirus. Ben came to our home and not only showed us the system but did a water test for us and after installation of main Softener system Eric came to install our new home Pure Water System but part was not correct match for our kitchen part had to be ordered to match our Brushed Nickel finish on our kitchen faucet. Once the lock down was lifted. Then Alfred installed the brushed nickel unit and we are drinking really good tasting water, pure and clear. The owner Emily is a joy to deal with and she called me directly and apologized for the wait and to make sure we were satisfied and everything was fine. Jason’s Water Softener here in San Antonio is an outstanding company with outstanding employees who are courteous, professional, friendly, and very helpful, and top notch management and ownership. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Water Softener, don’t hesitate to give Jason’s a look. Quality matters. ❤️??"

"The service was great. They did exactly what they said they would do and it works great. They installed a kinetico commercial water softener for our shallow well. The water was horrible before. It smelled, looked and felt horrible. They had to do a double filter setup, then the water softener. Due to how bad the water is I have to clean the filters weekly and the water softener uses almost 60lbs of salt a week. Now the water is clear and has no smell. The price was very high but there was absolutely no hidden fees. It cost exactly what they quoted me. The problem I had was the price but you get what you pay for."

"It was a great experience, Kate was understanding of our problem and sent Jeremy to us in a few days for an estimate. Another few days and he came back and fixed the cause of my flooded kitchen. We now have water, both hot and cold. So happy, Jeremy did a great job, would highly recommend him and Joe the Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing work."

"We are so happy Tony’s Plumbing was recommended to us by a current customer of theirs. Everything was done professionally and promptly. Gino explained very well what they would be doing. We chose to purchase a water heater from them and are glad we did. They replaced our electric water heater in our attic with a gas one. Also, all supply lines and other items related to this install were included. Gino and Henry make such a great team as they work together. We appreciate them – a job well done!"

"The service tech arrived on time and was able to repair the upstairs toilet as well as the pipe that was leaking in order for us to be prepared for the installation of a washing machine that was taking place the next day. I felt the price was a little high, but they did come out the same day we called and took care of the problem the same day so I was pleased with the level of service I received."

"Bill arrived early and immediately got to work. He fully explained the process throughly and worked for about 2 hours to isolate where my leak was coming from. He prepared a detailed explanation that can be used to negotiate with the water company and for the company who will perform the repairs."

"My house is about 25 years old and the water is hard.  Evidence of hard water was everywhere - the white film on the glass from using the dishwasher, the white t-shirts not looking very white, the mineral deposits around the faucets, the toilets staining every few days, etc. I knew how water softening would help but I was also looking into possibly getting a whole house water filter as well since we wanted to save money on buying water and I know that my water has chlorine.  I knew every water softener equipment works the same but I did not know much about the water filtering piece.  After a visit from the salesperson, I could tell that he really believed in the Hague Watermax system. We were able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and the installation of the equipment was effortless.  Andrew the installer did an excellent job with the install and after about a month of use, I can really say I feel and taste the difference in the quality of my water.  What I love about the Hague Watermax system is that the softening and filtering is done in one tank unit and the other tank is just for the salt pellets so the equipment is relatively low profile and looks very sleek compared to those "helium" style tanks that other softeners use.  Plus, I noticed that it's able to achieve the soft water without using much salt. One thing that did scare me at first was when I searched the internet for Hague equipment, there were some negative complaints about Hague but from reading and looking into it, no one ever complained about the equipment but complained about the dealers selling them or servicing them.  Based on my personal experience with the system, the Hague equipment is top quality.  The dealers that sell and install Hague equipment can be good or bad but Residential Water Services is definitely a good dealer to work with. <br />"
