They were very prompt to set an appointment with us, and he was very communicative about the different systems. They arrived the next day right on time for the installation, and were both very courteous and professional. They got the job done within about 90 minutes and they were sure to thoroughly show us how to operate the system. We are extremely happy with the work."

"Job went smooth. Very professional. Moved new softener to better location closer to drain. Much better for us. Old softener was improperly connected to drain by previous contractor. This was corrected. New softener is properly sized to our house and adds carbon filtration and UV as new features for us. We are on a well with very hard water and the UV and carbon should improve our water. Total job took about 3 hours. They cleaned up after completion and left our house in good order. Pricing is about average but reviews tilted us toward going with them vs others. We are happy with the installation."

"Like any plumbing crew, these men were not cheap, but they performed quality work. The final cost was within about $30 of their original estimate. Bono Plumbing treated us well in that we mixed up the appointment time and the plumber graciously made two trips to give us an estimate. We had a non-working tub and barely working master bath shower, and 8 out-of-state relatives coming for Christmas!! Two plumbers from Bono Plumbing arrived within a week of their estimate, and fixed the problem, and I am so grateful. We are happy with our updated fixtures, which allow us to control both cold and hot water with a single handle. Furthermore the plumbers were able to access pipes with a minimum of collateral damage. My husband usually does his own plumbing, but this job was beyond him. These men were experts, and they had the right tools. The original plumber we hired never returned."

"Larry patiently waited for me to arrive home after getting my son. Then he came in, went straight to work figuring out the issue. He informed me of potential causes and cures to the problem. He removed the piping and attempted to get as much sludge out as he could. Twenty minutes later, pipes were being placed back on, and everything was cleared and working. He explained that had he not been able to clear out the sludge, I would've had to call my local water and sewer district. I was very pleased with his attention to detail. He went the extra mile. I couldn't have be happier. <br />"

"Going without hot water was challenging enough, but the initial wait was frustrating with Shad reporting delays in getting the unit to St. Louis (first it was the travel ban having it stuck at the Canadian border, then the New York blizzard - February 2017), but once we called around and found a unit already in town on a Thursday (after over a week without hot water), Shad was there to install a new unit the following Monday. He not only knew what the previous installer and previous Bosch repair person did wrong, he knew how to create a whole new more efficient system with minimal disruption to our already finished basement. He was very professional with good communication, cleaning up after each stage, and keeping to the original bid. He took care of all warranty information, gave us the forms for rebates from Laclede and tax credits from the IRS. We are thrilled to have continuous hot water without any error messages. The unit works great! On a side note, we had read the previous reviews on the English Property Maintenance and saw one review with an low rating. We were up front with Shad about what we had read and told him we wanted to be sure we could give him a good rating. This worked well. My only reason for a B on responsiveness above was the delays in the beginning - with the stories about truck drivers stuck at the border and blizzards when we found out that several units were available in town at other businesses. Even with that, we are pleased with Shad's work and with the Navien unit. We gladly recommend Shad and English Property Maintenance for tankless water heater installations!"
